Due to the nature of personal care products, opened or used items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where applicable.
